how 'bout some oxy w/d tips

I've been taking 30 to 60 mgs of oxy for just about a month, usually all at once. I wanna cold turk it. What can I expect?

not a high dose over a day but taking them all at once and getting that surge will make ur withdrawls felt probably...everyone is different..i took 80 mg a day and felt flu-like, tired and had the runs for 4 days...not bad compared to many..i exercised each day and took the supps recommended in the recipe...u can do it...keep posting

i will share my experience with you..i have done about the same dose of oxy as you except for about a year..the last 5 months or so being every day,.when i didnt have one it was the worst thing ever..about a week ago i came on this site because i started to realize my problem..i was one of those people saying "that wont happen to me cuz i dont do it that much"..i saw a story from a girl whose bf died next to her from complications with oxy..im 22 years old i play college baseball i love my girlfriend, i never meant to get into this situation..so i decided cold turkey it was..i made the decision in my mind that i didnt want to do oxy ever again..that is the key i swear..i dont even really feel withdrawals man..its crazy..i certainly have less energy and a little anxiety..but i would say its better than the flu for sure..keep a positive mind about it and you can easily do it..you havent been using for that long you will be fine..use this forum cuz it really helps..im on day 4 and i feel totally fine..i know i have a long battle but its mind over matter at this point..good luck..you have tons of people to open up to here,,

It will suck but be done with it now. The sooner the better. You will feel sick but I hope that for you it will be quick. I have heard that quiting this early on is better because you will recover faster. Not sure if it's true. Make sure to buy imodium. Best of luck.

good for you to want to be done..as far as what to expect..you will feel like you have a really really bad flu..for a about a week...sometimes a little less,sometimes more..thankfully you have not taken them for a real long time so maybe you will not have it so bad...you can check in the health pages for the thomas recipe which has a ton of info ,supplements,aminos,etc..that you can take to help alleviate some of the symptoms..muscle aches,rls,the runs,tremors, feeling very cold,cold sweats.nausea...you may not have all of these things happen..also a bit of trouble sleeping...keep posting..there are alot of wonderful people here..good luck..cold turkey is the way I had to do it..for me..the only way..
