Hi Daniel
Have you spoken with your doctor about coming off of these meds?
He could put you on a slow taper plan and then reassess your pain levels.
We can't give out taper schedules as it's against forum policy BUT we have had members who have successfully tapered off their meds.
They usually have someone who can hold their pills and give them to them according to the taper schedule.
Slow and steady wins this race.

All Dr. Prescribed. 20 mgs oxy 2 times daily. 15 mgs msir 8 times daily. I have been on some type of this pain format for 10 years. I am a candidate for the pain pump. My pain is much worse than what my meds will cover...but my Dr. Will not raise my meds....and I don't want to either.

Hi Daniel
Are you prescribed all of these medications or are you just buying whatever you can get off of the streets?
If you are prescribed all of them, are you planning on doing 1 med at a time?
We really need more information so we can help you.

Hi Daniel, welcome to the forum. You will get help and support here. How much are you taking per day, and for how long? Have you talked to your doctor about the effects of your pain meds, and how you are feeling? This is where I would start. You have severe pain issues. You're going to need to find a way dealing with this pain. I think your doctor needs to help with this first of all. When you first stop taking pain meds, your pain can get worse. The good news is that the longer you are off of them, the better it gets. We can certainly help you with advice and support when you quit. Are you able to discuss this with your doctor?  Let us know, and keep posting. Take care!
