My definition of clean...

Hi everyone, as my previous posts have questioned the use of suboxone, I just wanted to be honest and state that I will not be counting clean time until I am tapered off.  Happily, I have been off alcohol since June 10th.  But with taking suboxone, and doing research on it, I don't feel clean.  So soon, I will have a first day of "total clean"  I will leave my tracker at day 15 for alcohol
Thank you everyone so much

Thank you everyone...you are right, just for today, I am not abusing pills or alcohol.  I agree with you kellygirl, I am clean from abusing percocet.  I am actually looking forward to when I can taper...(wow, there's a change!)

Good Stuff!!....

You can always count you DOC and Alcohol clean days, then start a Full clean time, what ever suits you and keep you going...

You just gotta remember one day at a time, do what ever you can to not use today and don't worry about tomorrow or yesterday or anything it's all about today...

Keep up the good work, I'll be getting there myself too :)
