Oh my friends you will start to feel better very soon. I felt like I was moving thru quicksand. It hurt to brush my hair. But any day now you will notice a difference. It's like peeling an onion. Many layers to recovery but it does get better. Baby yourselfves. Just be sick. Don't fight it. My tools were immodium and bananas and sweet tea and Gatorade and jello and any damn thing I wanted that didn't take effort. Hylands restless leg and tons of bananas calmed my legs. Epsom baths were my middle of the nite staples. But this part doesn't last ok much longer. If you are in it, let it happen. Keep posting

P.S- You don't have to have the "fighting it" mentality. Just distract yourself as much as possible. How would you behave if you had a bad flu? You would lay around and watch movies and just wait for it to pass, right? So, give yourself a break mentally. This is very very hard. Just let yourself feel sick and weak. And keep posting like you are!
Yes, it does suck!! Another poster on here always says "Ya gotta be ok with not being ok for a while." What are you on now, day 3, 4? You will be over the hump very soon. Time passes no matter what we do. Try and eat something anyway. I know you are not hungry at all but food will improve your energy a bit. And stay hydrated!!
I'm with you. I knew it was bad when brushing my teeth felt like an insurmountable task. The worst.
It WILL get better. Do you have any epsom salts? Even if you don't go take a nice hot soak in the tub...take as many as you need. It really does help with the legs and might even help you relax enough to sleep. I also used some Melatonin 10 mg ... that helped also. Best of luck to you...praying your night gets better!
