NON-Steroid Anti-Inflamatory(NSAID)

Is anyone on a anti-inflamatory that really works great.. Dr wants to put me back on Celebrax after the pain patch as I have to have something for hip pain until surgery.. Not sure if anything new out or better. I've taken Celebrax years ago and it works ok.. Just curious about anything new ??
