The hot baths really help...the other thing for me that helps is stretching/working out...it knocks it out for at least 6 hrs.....anyway i have found this to work for me...the problem is you have to get motivated 1st..that's the hard part....no pain...no gain!!!
I agree with Ibkleen and hops ! The only thing I can add is taking bonemeal, multivitimans and antioxidants was something that may have helped. Each day will get better for sure.
Yep the hot,hot baths. Stay in there as long as you have too. Epsom salts in the bath help also. Potassium and fluids. I learned this from the above poster.
The only thing I can recommend is hot baths and a heating pad on your calves.
If you are on day 4, then it should be gone by tomorrow.
