New years day

Well Happy new year! It's day 4 and I am feeling ok...Last night my legs were going crazy and I ended up kicking back a half pint of my good friend Jack Daniels and apparantly made a friend give me a line to for my last line of the year.... felt like **** about it this morning but I am still committed to getting clean....I think if I stayed home the temptations would have still been there but i am sure I would have had no one to threaten to break me off something....
So I am just going to keep moving forward and dare I say take it one day at a time!....

Did anyone see that dude jump on top of the building on his dirtbike then jump back off of it to the ramp 60' below...... sick!

suprisingly I felt pretty good today no suboxone...... I did finish the Jack today though there was only two shots left so I figured it being new years day an all it was ok partake....That was a while ago now my legs are getting a little jumpy but other than that I feel great besides the riingin in my ears just hoping i can fall asleep.

and MR MIller..and his g-friend miller lite,,,,will also include mrs Smirnoff and little miss Kettle One..bad friends....h20, juicey, and protein shakes are our friends  LOL...and totally do not go to Captain Morgans house/especially of he is staying at the Crown Royal!  I have also found the Dewers and Montezuma both want to see us fry!  repect those substances///they bite

Am glad to see you are still commited to getting clean.  That is what is important.  Another part of recovery is changing friends.........Jack included.        sara

get back up on the horse and start over, try calcium and magnesium supplements for rls also l-theanine.they are otc supplements,good luck to you and try to stay away from your buddy jack he is evil also!
