Night sweats

Hey guys and gals... I'm on day 9, and starting to feel much better. I don't have too much trouble falling asleep, it's staying asleep that seems to be my problem. I usually fall asleep around 9 (not normally just during detox) then wake up around 3 am, drenched in sweat, then I'm up for good. Anybody else experience this?

Hey. Wow. I would say you're ahead of the game there. Great for you. After 9 days I would have loved to wake up to night sweats after 6 hrs of sleep.  The lack of sleep was one of the hardest effects from detox for me. So glad you're feeling better too. Hope you've turned the corner for good. Stay on your toes though and get ready for a better life. Don't we deserve it?

Hi Tommy - I have had the night sweats too and I found that if I drink warm water with lemon, it helps flush out your liver. Make sure you drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.  Also, throughout the day, just make sure to stay hydrated. The night sweats will pass

Congrats on being on day 9!
