OMG THE ACHES

Ok I'm struggling with an allover ache getting off only 1 1/2 tabs a day. I think I'm on day 3? Maybe 4? Really what day is it?! It's insane what we do to ourselves... encouragement?? Please

Yes, that's all I was on and I'm this miserable lol. I had cut way back even skipping days but it's now 4 days totally clean, my longest stretch and I'm SICK... keep the support coming i so need you all! Thank you so much

It will get better. I am on day 5 and feeling so much better but everyone's different. Just try to stay as positive as you can and know that you have wonderful support here. You can do this!

You can do it.. It's only going to get better from here!! :)) the light is at the end of the tunnel. Just think how amazing you will feel next week when this was just a bad dream. Try to go for a walk - listen to your fav music and sign walking down the street :))

We're in the same boat I guess...I'm four days in....feel like death....but, i'm just doing what I can. heating pad....sunlight....walks....Let's just keep this up, ok? This forum has helped me the most. I've never had this positive of an attitude before....

If u were only on 1.5 tabs of  ???? hydrocone or oxycodone and for how long??? advil helps.....hot soaks with epsom salt should help too
