1. Print up this page. Hang it somewhere that you’ll see every day. (fridge, bathroom, by your bed, office)
2. Choose the habit you want to add/drop. If you’re looking to drop a bad habit, try to include a positive substitute.
3. Using two colored markers, track your success by filling in the block. Red = Did it. Blue = Missed it.
4. Most habits take 3-4 weeks to really take. That’s why each row has 21 blocks. You can stop at the end of the first row and move on to another habit, or keep your streak alive and fill up the whole page (30 weeks)!
5. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t have 100% success. Keep trying and enjoy your progress.
6. Remember to reward yourself! Some good reward milestones are marked on the chart for you.

tranafer of addiction . how did you train your brain to think this way by time and time of negative use durring stress so think of a positive habbit that you can transfer it to so when you start thinking about the pills booze pot do somthing positive that makes you feel good about your self train your brain like pavlo trained his dogs metifore but it works.
when I think about pills I do pushups it trained my brain to not think of pills but doing pushups when stressed

I hope you are feeling better as the day goes on, I have my dr appointment on Thur and its at 8:30 AM i sure hope i feel like getting ready that early in the AM. I know i will be awake but just getting ready is a chore. I had an appointment today and i had to drive 50 miles to get there and boy its hard to be lively and chipper when you don't feel good.
I ordered the amino acids on the internet from Purtian Pride and they came today so i think i will try taking them and see if they help. My brain needs some healing...........
