SCARED! What can I do?

I am really torn up right now. I know I should quit cold turkey and just be done. But I am very scared about going through with drawls. I still need to wait six days for an appointment. With the other meds I have now , will they help me get through the withdrawls?

I have 100mg seroquil and some flexirl.

what type of appt?  i am thinking u mean sub?  in 6 days ur wds will be pretty much over...the meds u have will help a bit with the anxiety and sleep issues that comes with wds....stay relaxed  read the thomas recipe and give urself a break...plead the flu and get it done..do not be afraid of the flu as it happens to everyone and that is exactly what wds feel like for most people..in fact i have had worse cases of flus by far than the wds i experienced..do not be afraid and dig urself any deeper than u r///be safe and keep posting

How much Norco are you taking a day? What appointment do you have in 6 days? The seroquil will help you sleep but won't have much of an effect on actual wds. The flexeril will help with muscle pain but again not much effect on other wds.
