No sleep

Well I didn't take the ambien last night and didn't get any sleep. I took the amitriptyline and 4 otc pms. two at atime. I finely went back to bed at 5:30 am. Slept 4 hours. BUT I'm not depressed!!!  Hubby brought home pancakes and bacon so now I'll be comatose. (sp) I think I could have gone to sleep if my pressure points hadn't hurt. It's in my hips. But I'd rather have that than the depression.so it's going to be a great day!!! Hubby is on the I-pad playing the casino games so he's content. Hope everyone has a great day!!! God Bless

Well it's good you figured out that the ambien was causing the depression.  So many sleeping aids can give you a hangover effect and it's just worse than going without sleep.
Glad you are feeling better today.
