Norco withdrawal. Mentally prepared and scared

I posted but can't find it. Was asking weather weaning or cold turkey was better , as most people on here do and they deleted my post. My question is, will I be able to function cold turkey? I have a plan, Thomas recipe, and currently had surgery, my day off is going to be Friday. I will start in the morning. My family expects a lot out of me. I do it all. My husband wants me to stop taking them, he doesn't know how much. He thinks it's mind over matter and there will b no physical symptoms. Little does he know. Verbally he is not nice. Will not help me . So I'm alone, with my kids. And he expects me to be gung- ho during withdrawals. Not! So what do I do and say? I take 10/325 about 15 a day. Down to about 11. I have everything I need. These pills are gross! I'm strong willed  and never had a problem with anything in my life till now. They took over. Scared but ready. I have about 7 days before work. Will that b enough time? Cold turkey? When will I see the light?

Kids are here so is she. She will take them out during day. But really wish this would hurry along. What can I do? Exercise is so out of question right Now. Anything else? Thank you all for kind words- it's amazing how strangers help more than own family .

hun the advil pm and the ativan can make you feel slugglish along with the withdrawal. yes you need to walk. move around, it will help with the energy level. the more you move the better. i thought the children were going to your moms? make sure you keep drinking, try to eat,the vitamins can give heartburn and stomach aches on an empty stomach even if you eat some crackers or dry cereal with them. i hope you have a good day.

Should I try to walk today? I slept 6 hrs- advil pm and ativan! I feel sluggish!!! I need energy

sounds like you are getting along really well considering the circumstances.  sorry about your hubby.  my dad/mom are like that.  they don't believe in getting hooked on anything or that it is possible so i know how that is. suffer in silence kinda thing.  you are doing great so keep it up.  i am on day 2 of tram w/d.

Thx for kind words. My kids are here with me. Lord of Morton and Ativan , just took memorial . Hope I sleep. Thank you all fir sweet words;-)
