I want to quit this drug so bad...been snorting for three months. Up to 10mg or more per day. Withdraw is awefull. What can I do? Please help me. I didn't mean for this to happen.

It usually lasts about a week with the worst being day 3-4.  Are you taking the vitamins yet?  That will help.  Soak in the tub for the aches.  Stay positive and keep moving as much as you can.  The more you move around the quicker your natural endorphins get back to working.  You can do this, i have faith in you~~~sara

Im trying not to dread it, but I know its gonna be hard. I just wish I had done it sooner. I have a friend comming to town in a week and I dont want to be dying while he's here. Do you know how long opiate WD usually lasts?

Well I have two days off next week, I confessed to my friend and she's gonna let me stay at her house and help me. I tried at home by myself and just dont have enough self control. I think having someone to talk to will help. I bought all the vitamins for the recipe, just gotta do it now. Ugh....So sunday night woll be my last pill and I'll be on the road to being clean.

HI.....welcome to the forum.....we do home detoxes here all the time take a few minutes and read some of the post most narcotics have similar withdrawals its not ez working threw them but it is possible some people think it helps keep your mind off how crappy you feel
as for some home cures theres the thomas recipe you will find it on the lower right hand side of the screen it will give you a few things that will make this a little more bearable

The good news is that you aren't on a high dose and you haven't been on it long so the withdrawal will not last that long.

There is no way to taper from snorting it so ct is the way to go. If you are willing to do that you will be uncomfortable for a few days and the physical withdrawal will be over. We can help you with home remedies and can support you through this.
