Hey there, we also just have to keep in mind that anything that alters your natural sleep patterns should NOT be used long term. Although my doctor and the pharmacist explained that Gravol is really harmless, as addicts we really got to watch if we are abusing it. So if you find yourself taking more and more for it to work, it is not working...lololol. During this healing process, we all need sleep, it rejuvenates the body and helps it heal and helps our brains get back to pre-drugs state, but just be careful....Sweet Dream.....lolololol
Yes it really does work. I am only talking 20mg. Of celexia now. That's my only script. No more pain pills or muscle relaxers, no cymbalta. Past 3 nights I slept between 7 and 8 hours each night. Feels so good to sleep again! And I wake up without that hungover drugged feeling!
Yes gravol always worked for me before I became addicted to pills.
I forgot about it. I used to take it nightly.
It is widely available in Canada and you can ask the pharmacist for the no name kind and get a lot more much cheaper.
It does work.
