Been one week today and still clean. Didn't think it was possible but already seeing some positive out of it. Still having trouble sleeping and energy is still a little low. How long does the sleep problem last?
Is different for every patient, but there are things that can help. Exercise during the day is your best bet, no sugars or caffeine 6 hrs. prior going to bed should help as well. A warm bath is calming and relaxing. Most important NO naps throughout the day . Get yourself tired. You are doing GREAT !!!!!
