The B-12 wont keep you up.Get the liquid B-12. B-12 pills don't get absorbed in the body.
Have you heard of the B12 for getting energy back? I am debating, I do take multivitamins every day, but not being able to sleep has got me curious if the B12 will just end up keeping me even more awake......not sure. I need to sleep, but I also need energy.

Melatonin is a natural supplement that helps with sleep. Be sure and take the melatonin between 9-11. I tried it in the middle of the night and it didn't work. If you take 1/2 hour before sleep (when you are drowsy..it works) You can get it at any health food store. I recommend the Sub Lingual....It is much better than the pills (IMO). You can also get Gabba and valerian root...alternate them.

Congrats on 1 week. That is great. I am 14 days and it get's better. I think the sleep thing takes a while. I have been taking melatonin and that helps. Keep up the good work.

You are doing so well and keeping busy is the best thing you can do even when you don't feel like it. Keep busy and keep going. The emotional thing will last a while you will have the good and the bad days just know that it is normal and keep on going:-)

Thanks. Yes, I am starting to feel much better. I still have my emotional roller-coaster rides, but that is okay. I was very busy this weekend, and was so exhausted last night, I thought I would sleep through the night, but I was up and down about 8 times. Other than that, I do feel so much better!!!
are you feeling any better yet? it does come. I promise. it took me about a week last time to feel better. i fell back in after 45 days, but plan do go again soon
