One last symptom how long does this last?

I did 5 days of weaning which I regretted and now I am 6 days clean. How long does the restlessness continue? Sometimes it becomes very unbearable and I can not be on my feet all day and night. Any thoughts?

Everyone is different...Mine lasted about ten days.  The bananas are great as is Hylands Leg Cramps with quinine (homeopathic)  Exercise as much as you can-even a walk around the block...good for restlessness of the body and brain.  Hot baths with epsom salts (I lived in the bath)  Also-I massaged my legs with Tiger Balm and it helped.  Congratulations on 6 days and Happy New Year....Hang in there....Lu

I'm on Day 8, and my legs still feel like they're crawling/ache at night.  It seems ibuprofen helps this for me, not sure why, lol.  Foods rich in potassium like bananas, OJ, leafy green veggies help too.    Congrats on 6 days clean! We can do this! Sending prayers your way!
