Here goes nothing!!

This is day 3 of going cold turkey and today is the big trade show in Dallas....I'm scared to death but gonna do it.  Not feeling to terrible just the occasional cold chills, shakes and cravings.  Did not sleep at all last night.  I'm finding that when I go to bed is when my body aches and pains begin to act up....that sucks!

I'm actually at the trade show right now and am the only one at this table so I can post ALL DAY TODAY!  I think I'm gonna need it.  WISH ME LUCK!

STILL GIVIN' IT THE FINGER!

You hang in there.. You sound like you are very strong. I can't imagine going one day let alone 3 day's.
You can do it and good for you to get out around people.

Well i'm on day 2 of cold turkey and am feeling about the same as you are. I didn't sleep a wink last night and had to go to my daughters school this morning. I think it actually help me get my mind off of the cravings though! I have aches in my legs and cold chills but my stomach feels ok. It is very hard to do this!!!!!!  I worry so much about going to bed too because thats when it gets worse! We have to stay strong! Keep it up!!!!
