I'm a Dr Pepper addict......no coffee for me, upon arising I want an ice cold DP on lots of ice with a straw! Problem is, the caffeine isn't working!
Worked great while using......bam!.....no energy lift now that I'm clean, ha! Not ready to address that addictiton yet......maybe it will start giving me some energy before too long.
Still drinking it tho and think it is so cool to get online, have an international meeting while sipping a DP!

i used the same amout a day to i went ct and wasnt bad the 34 day suckrd but hot bahs and sauna is te key and valium im on the 5 day and feeling bettere the worst part is restless legs you can buy hylands restlegs at walgreens real good stuff good luck bro and after that coke is good for energy after 7 days n take lots of vitamins

You psted you are taking 160 mg/day that's not really a huge amount but again if youran addict 1/2 mg or any is too much. We can help you through this so please come back and talk to us. This is doable. Pay special attention to the long-timers here; you'll get great advice and support. I came off much more than that but I tapered. Tapering, if done properly, can be done without too much discomfort. Can you talk to your doctor about a tapering schedule? Could you stick to it? If not, CT may be the better way to go. There's lots of things to ease the withdrawals. Can you take any time off?
Do you want to taper or do it C/T? Let us know and we all can help you through the process. How many mg or pills have you been taking per day?The longer you wait the harder it will become so please come back and talk to us.
I wish I had a plan.. I am trying to find a good time to stop taking these things.. But I work full time at a hospital and can't withdrawl then

Hey I'm here for you (along with many others). I quit a 260 mg/day oxy habit and you can do it too. Just come back and post and let us all know whats going on. The more info you give us the better advice we can give you.
