Oxycodone detox, w/d, What's the best way??

I am currently wanting to get off my oxycodone 30mg/10 pills a day, prescribed. Although, I do not take my meds as I should... I am up to 4-5 pills at once, my tolerance is completely out of control. I go in to the dr tmrw to discuss detox. The last time I asked about this, he gave me more pills and tried more meds (Avinza, Opana). I just want to be done with opiates all together. At the point I'm at now, 4.5 pills at once do not a)touch the pain b)give me the "ahhhh" feeling I once got. Does anyone have any advice or opinions on what to take to make the withdrawls, well NOT HELL!! I am so scared of w/d I have cried and cried for the last 2 days just thinking about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!

I was told inpatient rehab wasn't an option?? That's when the patch was mentioned, and I will never again in my life take opiates! That is for sure. And what is psychotherapy? Thanks!

Ask your MD about inpatient rehab. Because w/d can be hellish. Also let your physician perhaps \\suggest a suppot program and psychotherapy, also a pain specialist that can help you w/o opiates.
