I need help...alot of help to get off these things..they are ruining my life but I AM SO SCARED OF WITHDRAWALING! The pain is almost unbearable and I can not talk to my Docs about it or anyone else for that matter. Im REALLY REALLY scared of what this is going to do to me as a mommy and a wife! Please, Ive been reading some posts I need help, I need support and I need a To-Do list on how to stop. Im on my knees begging for some answers.

40 mg a day is not to bad..Your w/d may not last to long..I was scared to death what the w/d would be..But not as bad as I thought..Good Luck

hi and thanks much...Ive been taken oxys and percs for about a year now..im up to about 40mg a day, Ive tryed stopping over and over again but I cant take the pain..I have a baby to raise and a job working at night waiting tables so I cant just lay around all day..and Im afraid to tell anyone whats really going  on

The good news is your ready to stop..Not sure how much your using,,But I was using 120-180mg of Oxy plus 2-3 somas a night..You need to ne honest with your Doc, and get some valium and clondine for sleep..First 3-4 days are the worst with flu like symptoms..You may sneeze, yawn alot, and have trouble sleeping, and maybe the runs..Immoduin AD will help..Take lots of hot baths, Vitiamains, and drink lots of water to flush out toxins!  I'm 59 days clean and life never looked so good! Also be careful about depression and fatigue the first 15 days!  Good Luck and Keep Posting
