Well i am looking  for support to overcome my oxy addiction.
I take anywhere from 3 to 5 40s a day. had cancer in my
face. Can i still wean off these and how?

If you have the self disipline you could go down a half every other day maybe. Or if you want to enlist the help of someone else they could space them for you. But when they are gone be ready with the vitamins and hot tub for three days. Have you seen the "most viewed Health Pages" Theres a whole list of things that will help! Sam-e L-lysine, B complex, Imodium to name a few. you may feel icky for a couple weeks but whey protein will help get your energy back. Aminos Aminos!!!
