PERCOCET AND AMBIEN

I've been on ambien for over a year and just started taking percocets for a knee injury about 3 months ago.  i've just tryed to go cold turkey off these drugs just because I know its not healthy.  I keep seeking spiritual advice but is there something else that can be done and is it normal to feel so awful.( diahrea, hot and cold flashes, crying uncontrollably, restless legs, and insomnia of course?  How long does these awful symptoms normally last? Since its been 5 days should I just continue the way I 'm going? Please help I have two children whom I love very much and a husband who doesnt understand how and why I feel this way he says it's a mind thing. I want all this to go away.

You may want to post this in the Substance Abuse Forum, just go up to the top and click on Forums and you will find it.  There is a lot of great support and help there - I am also a member.  Usually a week and the pyhsical symptoms subside.  There is a Thomas Recipe over there along with other vitamins you can get that will somewhat ease the symptoms.   You'll also get a lot more ideas and suggestions from the wonderful people over there!  Good luck to you :)
