I am all for the music and exercise!! Makes me feel 100 times better all around. Body, mind, and mood!! Good post!!
My music is my inspiration right now. It gets me up and moving. I made it 6 blocks last night on my walk.
me to lonley when i wake up in the morning i am very anxious so i put on clothes and just drive until i feel better.
I always feel 10x times better after I get done working out or going out to do something. When I get home my anxiety is gone, my mood is elevated (non-chemically), and I am enjoying the couch envelope me instead of feeling stuck to the d@$! thing all day. If its not possible for you to exercise because of a medical condition do something to exercise your mind in the least to get it off of thinking about how bad you may feel, or take a short walk in the breezeway at your house or apartment, trust me anything will help.
especially what you said about sun and driving in the car with some music. I find myself doing both several times/day and it always makes me feel much better.
