PPL who exercise

   I think ppl who exercise have a definate advantage when going through w.d. You force yourself to get your *** up and face the world. Even though you go through the anxiety of dealing with ppl and just being out in society  you know soon you can strain your muscles and deal with that stress in a healthy manner. If you also follow a good well balanced diet with good and bad foods  your body definatley responds. With the added effect of the endorphins its a sure fire way to feel good during a ****** time for 1-3hrs  out of the day. Follow this with a couple warm baths or showers and the bad times dont seem so bad. Im not saying its merry freaking sunshine but i've felt my ambition come back sooner this time by burying myself at the gym and choking down the god aweful food (its good food just seems bad because your not hungry at all) Food for thought drag yourself out of the dirty clothes get out of the dim house soak up some sun listen to the music in car and hit the gym, walk around the block, shoot just take a drive. Lifes here and your back make everyday a blessing not a struggle, drugs may need us but we sure as hell dont need them.

My music is my inspiration right now.  It gets me up and moving.  I made it 6 blocks last night on my walk.

me to lonley when i wake up in the morning i am very anxious so i put on clothes and just drive until i feel better.

I always feel 10x times better after I get done working out or going out to do something.  When I get home my anxiety is gone, my mood is elevated (non-chemically), and I am enjoying the couch envelope me instead of feeling stuck to the d@$! thing all day.  If its not possible for you to exercise because of a medical condition do something to exercise your mind in the least to get it off of thinking about how bad you may feel, or take a short walk in the breezeway at your house or apartment, trust me anything will help.

especially what you said about sun and driving in the car with some music. I find myself doing both several times/day and it always makes me feel much better.
