Sounds like you have restless legs... I an over 100 days out and still get them occasionally :( the only thing that helped me in the begning was neurotin. Then for fatigue I am using l-tyrosine. Which is a form of amino acids.read on it first before you try, I don't know the extent of you medical history. This just works for me. But all the urge symptoms your having I don't know what they could be from since your 10 days out. You may want too go see a doctor and tell them what your doing and then have them check in to these on set symptoms. Hang in there. Your in a good spot for cold turkey, 2week mark things started too get easier for me :)
First i want to say, congratulations!!!!!
Are you taking the same amount of tramadol? Tramadol works like an opiate so if u reduce that u will start having wd too. Please be careful with Xanax taper u should have a Dr help you with that. One thing I learned from this board is everyone is different.
Yes....everyone is different. Sounds like you're at me on day 6. It'll get better.
Hello and welcom to the site
CONGRATS!!!
Ur doing good
As far as WD u shouldn't be having the bad symptoms excetp RLS it can last for a few months on an off. But everyone is different
I would talk to you doctor
But I'd u are not taking tv same amount of Tramadol that ca. Cause the withdrawl stuff your having
And I agree qi top post u should have a doctor involved when going off Xanax or any Benzo like that because you can have seizure
I'm here for support if you need to talk
Take care
Peace
Lesa
Thank you all so much. The RLS ended around 4am I believe and I feel asleep. Is there treatment for that which is non-medicated?
Lesa... I didn't understand your abbreviations. Could you explain please? A
Hot baths work well for the RLS. Some people take antihistamines, but for some it can actually make RLS worse..I am surprised at your symptoms actually. Did you stop taking anything else at or near the same time?
