I'm have zero energy also. I'm coming off of suboxone. I don't feel the best today but I'm hanging in there. How is your sleep and all that? Your doing amazing :)
I chose therapy over the meetings. I'm a pretty private person (in real life! lol) so that seemed to be the best choice for me. And it did help for a while. And I think having my husband's support made all the difference as well. Anyone in our life that we love and trust can be of great comfort right about now. Do you have a good support system in place?
Try one of the vitamin b complex supplements. It will help with the energy issues. Slowly, but it will help. And a good daily multi-vitamin will be good for you along with eating really well. It's a great time to start taking better care of ourselves when we quit, so that means staying hydrated, plenty of fruits/veggies, and spend some time outside. The fresh air will make you feel better too.
Yes I plan on attending some NA meetings. What kind of aftercare did you do? Thanks for the congrats.
I was taking oxys and norcos about 60-70mgs a day. I feel very lethargic right now. Congrats on making it to day 3! You're almost there as well! What were you taking and how are you feeling today?
Do you have an aftercare plan in place? That's what you need to do next.
And sleep is usually the last thing to return to normal. But it will.
Most importantly, though, congrats on quitting!
I hope your over the hump :) im72 hours in. What were you taking? How are you feeling now?
