its morning here in oz day 9 i know its far from over yet but Im staying strong this time to all those starting n having a hardtime it does get a lil better everyday we fighting for our lives i still wake craving but Im staying strong this tiime

I would never suggest that any one detox from Percocet or any opioid drug by themselves .  Do you have insurance?  How old are you? Percocet withdrawal is nothing to place with.  What ever you do, do not go cold turkey.  Write back and tell me more.  I do not care exactly how old you are but it makes a difference as to how healthy you are.  I care about you and that is why I need more information. Doing pretty good, have physical therapy and massage therapy this morning. Had a bigtime anxiety attack yesterday evening. I guess it is part of the benzo taper but haven't had one like that in a while. I am hoping today will be a better, more relaxing day. Thanks for listening, hun :)

I am doing great.  Will be getting my one year on May 1st.  Hang in and get all the support you can.  Use this forum as much as you can.  I have AA close to me.  You could do internet meetings, or is that what you said?  Anyhow,  I am proud of you.  Never try to tough it out alone if you do not have too.  That might be a problem where you live.  Keep in touch with us.  All the best!  WendyJones
