Pregnant and taking methadone.

I been on half a methadone a day since i found out i was pregnant. i stopped in the 3rd month but relapsed in the 4th and been taking a half a day since..im determined to make today my last day so that she doesnt go threw withdrawls when she is born. 6 months today... plz help me figure out if she could still have withdrawls or what percentage is it that i could miscarry if i stop?

Please speak with a doctor before stopping any meds while you are pregnant. Please. They can always wean the baby at birth. I know it's not ideal, but it can be done.

yep...I agree with Gnarly stopping methadone while pregnant can definitely cause a miscarriage...it happened to me.....

dont go off the methadone wile prego I answered your other post
you need to get to a clinic and get doses there to keep CPS off of you when you give birth good luck and God bless........Gnarly
