Problems with sending messages

The last several times I have tried to send a PM I continue to get a incorrect code when I know Im typing it in right.. I have tried restarting my computer and then logging out of the site and them logging back on.. I keep getting the same letters and the same problem each time.. What's going on?? Anyone have any ideas??

Amanda, that happened to me before too. Turns out the "j" looked like an "i" or vis versa.

I tried changing the letters thinking that same thing and it didnt work

if you go all the way down to the bottom of the page you will see where it says "contact medhelp" Let them know ......
