So as Thanksgiving is tomorrow just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Please as you prepare for tomorrow just remember we are not wonder Woman or Super man! Do what you can and ASK for help! I am sure your family would be happy to help out and not see you struggle... Remember that when you feel overwhelmed not to reach for a pill! (hopefully none around!!!) We can not do every thing and thinking that if I take one pill to get me threw, It WILL NOT HELP YOU!! 1 is to many and 1000 is never enough!!!!
Make asking for help part of the new you!

If you can not get it done it will not ruin Thanksgiving! Rejoice for what you can get done and for the new you!!!!
