ROXICET WITHDRAWL

I take roxicet 30 mg 3 to 4 times a day...for bout 2 weeks now...b4 that i took 3 percocets 5mg 3 times a day...I flushed everything I had down the toilet...bout 50 roxies....I quit cold turkey...I already have the runny nose...I have 4mg dilaudeds..but only plan on takin 1 of those maybe once a day..for about 7 days...will this help...or am i in for a rude awakening????
     Also...I noticed long after the withdrawls are gone..I have an extreme lack of energy and motivation...no sense of happiness....how long will this last????  will i ever be normal again??

Hey-- I sm on day 3 of stopping cold turkey with 30 mg roxicet. I was a recreational user for about 4 months after I had been in the hospital for kidney pain and was recieving dialudid every 4 hours through IV for almost 2 weeks. For the past 2 months I have been snorting about 7 a day. Today is my third day off of it. And I'm reading so much about it and I really am only experiencing the shakes, hot and cold sweats and dirreah just started today however I feel okay. I don't feel like I want to die. I'm scares that the worst has yet to come. I'm doing this alone and figured this was a good way to help me. Thanks for listening !!

you should be feeling better in no time...no longer than you took them the w/d should be minimual. if i read your thread correctly you only been taking them for about 2 weeks, you may not have any more w/d than you are exprieriencing now...good luck,. keep posting and reading threads....almost forgot Welcome to our community. thre are lots of wonderful people here to help you....take it one day at a time and be strong, you can do this....

Yes you will me normal again! The 3 to 4th day are the worst with WD. They affect everyone diffrent. By the 5th day you have made it past the worst and it's down hill from there. I got my laught back on the 7th day. lol You will be tired, I found myself doing things keeping busy, it made the days go by fast. I am 10 off 12+ vics aday. You will be fine. Keep posting here, everyone is great and you wont be judge. good luck.
