Contacting med help

I know everyone was very upset about gizzys posts ,the moderators have certain guidelines they have to follow . Our moderator deleted the post because "another member's personal activities in a negative  manner". I contacted the moderator and explained that the post was about relapse ,I discussed with her that is was important to keep the post if we could .I asked if we could edited it to fit med help guidelines ,she worked with me to do that . The fastest way when something like this happens instead of posting on the forum the you are upset about something is to go down to the "contact med help" its at the bottom of the page. The moderators will get it RIGHT AWAY

Okay...now i get it...I was wondering how everyone knew neveragain was gizzy...i do see why you would want your old name back....if u quit posting for a while, does you account automatically delete?

I'm glad you got the post back up but I think it was important to leave in the part about the "other member" and "negative". He didn't say who it was. It's important we be reminded from time to time that this does occur and we don't let it happen again. I'm sure no one blames Med-help for what happened. People here are trying to be real about what's going on and removing part of his post takes that away.

i apologize for getting upset. i am trying to calm down. all i want is support today. i want my gizzy32 account back, it was good luck. lol
