I like the idea of of its the behavior that is the issue. That helps.  Yes it is my perception, but either way, if its what I believe then it doesnt matter if its true or not, it effects me the same. Im off of here for awhile, thanks for everything.

I don't understand the society issue either but perhaps it is your perception? I don't know the circumstances and it is not the issue. the issue is looking for something mind or mood altering to take you away from it or numb you from it. It is the behavior that is the issue.

If you want to replenish your spirit, there are many ways to do it and none of them involve drugs.  Don't use "at" something. That's no good and no excuse.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by"this everyday society we live in is incorrect...
being poisoned all the time".  That may be your perception (or rationale for use) but I don't see it that way.

As I said, put a little clean time on the board and come back and re-evaluate.

Good luck~

I have no problem staying away from hard drugs when I am using weed. I have great access to them, and still do not use them.

Didn't understand  "As I am sure you have been asked, are you in aftercare? If you continue to look to outside sources, no matter what they may be, for the "feel good" you will wander back to your doc or worse. " But I think that the reason I use every now and then because it helps remind me that this everyday society that we live in is incorrect and and being poisoned all the time. It's hard for me to explain, but it's like it helps me replinish* my spirit when I feel it's being tampered with. It helps me stay in touch with the sub-consciousness that society detaches me from. Its a tool. I realize now that I do not need it by any means, and that's what is leading me to cutting back....and that is hard for me.

Yes,I agree with IBK.  If smoking weed is an escape or a "buffer",you need to look at that.   It WILL break down your guard and may make it so much more difficult to stay away from the other drugs you've used.

You need to put some "clean time" between you and all the drugs,I think...

The crutch is in YOU. All you have to do is find it.

To be honest, I am not all that opposed to weed. I think they should legalize it but since they have not yet, I gotta go with that. All that being said, it is the reason that you are using it that concerns me.

As I am sure you have been asked, are you in aftercare? If you continue to look to outside sources, no matter what they may be, for the "feel good" you will wander back to your doc or worse.

Because in a world where im fed poison from every angle, it helps me see clearly and opens my mind to love and focus for things that better myself?
