Recovering oxycontin addict

I was addicted to Oxycontin for over a year, and 3 months ago I faced my addiction and went through Detox and Rehab, with much support from my family and friends.  I am back to work, avoiding all triggers, and have gained weight, and feel like I am getting stronger.  I do have incredible body aches, and have taken ibuprofen to help, but its not really helping.  I was wondering if anyone out there has experienced these body aches, and what are you doing to help it?  I'd also like to know how long this pain stays with you....I'm hoping that someone out there can answer and help me.....thanks!

Scroll down to the health pages (most viewed) there is a bunch of stuff on there that they don't tell you in rehab. To me they acted like its all in your head when your body has really gone thru some chemical changes and stuff needs to be replaced. You have not been producing the stuff you need.

Maybe getting in the hot tub or have you tried getting massage. This time of year is real bad for the aches. Have you been like this the whole 3 months? I go thru a lot of bengay! I want to soak in it I can't reach all the places I need to. I've been thinking about massage.
