The RLS was by far my worst detox symptom- I used the Hyland's, epsom salts, and a great hot drink called CALM- magnesium and potassium. But the BEST thing was the bananas. When I was going insane and thought I would never sleep a banana on toast with peanut butter always put me out. Also, exercising as much as possible and drinking TONS of fluid.

It's been 2 weeks for me, I sleep for about 2-3 hours at night. Wake up around 3 with my muscles killing me. Something about lying still aggravates my brain :-/
Been thinking about trying the hyland stuff. But I have been taking magnesium and potassium and they aren't helping too much.
When the rls wakes me up I don't fight it tho. I just get up and try to occupy my mind so as to not think about it
Bananas worked great for my RLS.
In addition to the Hyland's, try some potassium and magnesium tablets. Your muscles are depleted of these minerals and you need to replace them. It works very quickly. Then, try some hot soaks with Epsom salts in the bath water. The salts contain magnesium, as well. Good luck.
Hi Janice, lots of people recommend Hylands Restful Legs. It can be found at Walmart in the vitamin aisle! I bought some yesterday, and gonna try it again tonight! Best wishes & congrats on week 2!
