I am determined to kick this addiction, but oh the pain I am having.

As I have said, I have chronic pain and thats truly the hard part of kicking this addiction, I have arthritis too and I can't take NSAIDS, but when the pain starts I just try to get my mind off it with reading, or whatever helps.

I take hot baths and that helps a lot, but mercy can't stay there 24/7.............makes me get wrinkly. HaHa have to laugh huh or we won't get through this.

Just some things I needed to share.

Thank you for your reply I am only 5 days clean, but go through this every month. I get my 90 a month and use them all up the first week or 10 days, and go 3 weeks without them.

I am determined to do this no matter what, but were having storms and that makes the pain so much worse.

I agree having pain is hard. Alot of deep breathing and trying to keep busy can sometimes help. Keep the faith.

Keep doing what you're doing. You will get through it. How long are you clean? I am 29 days. It's still hard but  much better. Good luck to you sweetie.
