Help.. Question

I am 76 days off lortab. I am doing all the right things: running, yoga, staying busy, supplements, etc. I just recently became depressed: crying, fearful, want to be left alone, etc. All the typical symptoms. I have spoken with doctor and he increased my antidepressant, but this came from nowhere and has surprised me. Did anyone else experience depression at this stage of detox?

hi its good to hear from you again, i do believe quite a few folks seem to suffer from depression a while after detoxing. i think its down to the natural seratonin and endorphin levels returning to normal, i did have some depression myself , it did pass though, i do wish you well , i think depression is very hard to live with. god bless.
