Goin cold turkey gettin some vitamins and gettin it over with.  The norco was bad then this s**t is worse.  Dont take suboxone it just prolongs the wd.  One day at a time.  weather is starting to break and do some fishing

I am 38, male who has been on 8mg of suboxone now for 4 years, the 3 years prior 24 mg a day and from 2003-2007 took 20 norcos 10/325 hydrocodeine, as well as methodose pills, soma, and 24 Xanax pills. I dropped out of 2 rehabs but in 2007 with the aid of a friend was able to get off everything and start suboxone. I lost my insurance and last Friday was the last time I took a sublingual 8mg sheet. Now, I see that if you read all the rants on the internet, it will be worse. It hit me last night ( Monday) probably the worse aches I have had. I read it will get worse but do not buy it, we are addicts, we made a mistake and push forward. If it was easy, opiates wouldn't be such an issue. Accept you may not sleep like you have. I am writing this tonight, selling on eBay, and going grocery shopping. If I sleep I sleep but if not I will tomorrow. Your head is going through a change but after Xanax withdrawl nothing could be worse. Yes, I am 38, I punched the steering wheel because it hurt, I cried for no reason this morning but ran. Get multivitamins, B 12', B6, Look up NALT snd get some. Amino acids, fish oil, and walk if you are going to throw up. Today I ran 1/2 of what I could yesterday but have no coffee in the house on purpose. I will run to Tim Hortons to get some and walk home. Talk to your friends, counselor, whoever. I take Nootropics but that's another day. Your mind is stronger than you think, be good.  If I see anyone who needs anything maybe I can help.

I did it, sub is very hard to w/d from but it did give me the time to get my head straight get my depression under control. Its not all bad cept for the w/d they are rough and long Good Luck Too You
