Congraulations on your decision to get clean........I can promise you that the world will become this beautiful exciting journey .Better than any Drug you have put in your body. But remember the recovery slogans, First things first ( your recovery ) Keep it simple, slow down for a while until you get your footings in this recovery deal. One Day At A Time, you only have to not use for this moment in time, don't worry about tomorrow. Try to get to some support groups and if you go 12 steps grab a sponsor to help you through the 12 steps of recovery.
Being clean....... the world is your canvas to paint whatever your heart desires~~~

While ur getting the subxone treatment make sure u r working on urself. Will u be getting ne type of aftercare? It's really important!! I don't think I'd make it this far without it. Suboxone work great! It really helped me. I didn't stay on it for no more then 3 months. When I made the jump from it I experienced lil wds just tired and weak. The key is to not stay on it for a long period of time. the first week I was on it I started tappering right way and I was off of it n 3 months. Were u being prescribed the pills? Good luck

First congradulations on getting clean! But make sure and be honest with your doctor and when you feel like you reach your right dose tell them and dont go any higher on the mgs. They will tell you everything tomarrow but the main thing is honesty. Good luck! You have to be in withdrawl so they can give you the right dose and so the meds will work right.

Good for you!

Make sure you listen to the doctor and yes, you DO need to be in withdrawal. Don't fool around with that or you will be thrown into withdrawal like you've never seen. Also, be certain to take this time to work on yourself and work on your recovery so when it is time to come off of the Suboxone you are ready and armed.

Let us know how you make out.
