There is a tea called tummy tamer that helps u can get it at walmart.have u tried pepto or anything like that?on day12this is a little strange not to be able to keep food down(unless its heavy/fried etc that could b why).Yes try bland&light foods.My concern is u getting dehydrated.U will feel like crap if ur dehydrated too.I would try the lighter foods but honestly if u dnt c a change&continue to get sick u will need to go to the e.r.(unless u have a dr u can call and explain and ask what to do)if u have a dr u can call&get an anti-nausea med like phingrin(sp?)called n.U just dnt wanna wait too long so Id say1or2days more max if u cant keep stuff down head to the e.r.

Hi breezy! Congrats on day 12! That is awesome! I don't think you should still be having all the nausea and vomiting at this point! Are you eating mild and bland foods, like soup, crackers, protein drinks, etc? Also, make sure you are staying well hydrated and replacing the fluids and electrolytes that you are losing! Keep a close eye on this, and if it continues for very much longer, check with the doctor! Take care, and keep moving forward! You are doing amazing! Big hugs!
