Shortest time using opiate before addiction

What is the shortest period of abusing opiates have you heard of before addiction and withdrawal become a problem?

It depends on many diffrent factors there is not one fit all answer for this

Sorry, don't know the exact answer. But I do now that it depends on many factors---What type of opiate (pharm or illicit) how long using, and family history. I also know that most Methadone clinics will only accept people who have been using for at least a year. If I had to guess though, even if you've only been using regularly for a month, your going to experience SOME level of withdrawal. Good luck to you!
