It is definately good for you. The CalMag I have been posting about...that is a function of it too. So...if you are going to be home anyway - it cannot hurt. Anything that releases toxins is speeding up this process. Epsom Salts in your hot baths release toxins through your skin - I never knew that until a couple months ago.
Skippy...I noticed where you said...you woke up pissed off...I admit I haven't read farther yet! Every morning when we were detoxing a long time ago - I woke up and said a horrible cuss word...first thing every day...every morning. I remember saying GD - I JUST WANT TO DIE...That just does not sound like me at all!!! I do not want to be like that ever again! But I am noticing that mornings are getting rough again...I am praying for us all!
i had a little bit of bathroom problems when i quit. so i waited a good month to de-tox.
it's always a good idea to de-tox. and the bathroom is a good gauge for slowing down or getting more aggresive with it. when the runs are gone you are usually good with the intestinals being de-toxed. other common symtoms will be itching, and alot of sneezing as other toxins work their way out. symptoms are just a way of showing you that it is working and yes you needed to do it. when all symptoms go away you should be done.
hope your de-tox is a quick one. LOL
They certainly won't hurt. There are lots of toxins coming out for several weeks. Absorbing them before they could re-enter the blood stream makes sense.
As far as I know....ALL colon cleansers give you the runs....that's their purpose on how to flush toxins out of you. I thought about doing it also, but didnt want to push my luck anymore considering I luckily didnt get the runs this time around.
