Cravings. When does sober start feeling normal again?

I had alot of dreams last night, very vivid, thanks to pregnancy, about justifying taking a pill. I have been having bad headaches at night, and scared they will become a migraine. I also woke up with alot of pain in my hips, radiating down my legs. My cravings are very strong. Its been 9 days clean. Wow was that a journey, I kno I don't want to do that again. I have only been using daily for a little I've a year, but still not sure how to live my life without pills, especially in the morning.

I'm actually feeling 100% better, except a few minor pains. I have alot more energy, and I feel good! Thank you everyone, as always, for the encouragement and kind words.

Sorry you aren't feeling well.  I hope you are feeling better soon.  Day 9 - wow - you are getting there.  Keep up the good work.

great job on 9 days down that is BIG:) how far along r u? sorry that u have the flu its that time of year i know we have all had it to already and sure we will again... the dreams r normal i had them too and still do at day 40 but they r farther in between.. u will get better as the days go on u were not taking a real heavy dose of them for long so u should be getting better everyday before u know it 2 weeks will be here then a month. i quit counting the days so much then when i counted again 10 days had passed:) i hope u get to feeling better soon.... keep going strong u can fight those cravings they will be gone soon u r doing a great thing for ur new little one.. blessings

The mornings will get better soon.You will go on autopilot after a few more days.Don't worry about not knowing how to live life without pills.That is a big mind game and it will work itself out on it's own so don't worry about that.You are doing great!!

In the past hour I'm feeling better, but still wish it was bedtime! I would rather have the flu then wd again, tho it feels the same. I just kno it won't be as bad or lasy as long.

Oh honey! So sorry you and your baby got the flu :(. On the other hand we've reached day 9!! Is that good news or what!! Vivid dreams are very normal, I have them all the time, wake up and thank God it was just a dream. I really admire you! Withdrawal is so hard, yet you've managed to stay strong and willing! You have extra blessings: a loving husband, a baby girl and a tiny heart beating inside of you. Congrats!! You are doing great!! God bless you..

The drug dreams are normal right now and will stop.  They seem so real and vivid tho.  Get busy today and that will help.  Morning sickness blows!  I remember that all too well and it has been almost 29 yrs!!  Feel better~~

I actually think this could be a good thing. With very little if any wd symptoms left, hard to separate wd and pregnancy symptoms, I feel as if I did the mornings I was using. I guess it would them be normal to have a craving. I crave with my whole being.    Wow what a message from heaven... Or the baby. Right after writing about the craving, morning sickness came. I guess baby feels it too and is saying no, mom. Been about a week since i had morning sickness. Everything happens for a reason. Odd, I feel alot better.
