It's day number three.. I couldn't go to work today... i don't know about tomorrow...I can only sleep.  I feel so incredibly sick i can't hold anything down... not even a crumb... or water.. nothing.   I'm so miserable and I had to toke  a little to feel a little better.. How can I stop the sickness.. why am i so so sick this is the most horrible thing. I'm gunna lose my job i think. My body aches and I'm all ichy..WTF.. ICHTY is thst supposed to HAPPEN!!! I'm going to go insane i thought i'dlet you know. I need to make this stop.. it'sso hard because i know the easy way out.. can't do it tho.  I hate this how do you do it. when wil this go away! I look like death

You will get through this so please stay strong. I thought you were taking coke and extasy and smoking weed? There are no w/d's. How many pills were you taking? I think you really need to speak to someone about all this, you said you also eat till it hurts and contstantly put yourself down in your posts. Did you attend that N/A meeting you said you were going to? Congrats on 3 days and let us know how you are

Please don't throw away your three days by starting again.  I know you are hurting so bad but it's very important for your self respect that you tough this out.  You are so close to being over with it & getting back to your dancing life.  It's normal & part of growing to experiment, it doesn't mean u aren't a good person but you know this stuff will make u less & less free if u keep it up.  Now is a great time to make a change.

It's very tough doing this alone, you really need some immodium for your stomach, powerade & some valium would help u thru the worst  Is there any adult you could trust enough to help you get some medical support?  What about a teen helpline in your area who can find u a doctor who won't judge u?  

Any decent adult will be very proud of you.  You have already been strong enough to reject coke, which is fantastic, you can do this too.  I live on the other side of the world to you but if u wanted, I could try to find u some help in your area.  Please keep fighting, the world needs more beautiful dancers.

I would suggest that you get to a doctor or an ER. I went through this withdrawing from vicodin about 30 pills a day, I was given clonidine which helped with withdrawal symptoms. I was also given ativan to help with the anxiety and nervousness. They can give you stuff for the nausea too. Just make sure you take these meds a prescribed because they can also be addicting..but they will immediately help with the withdrawals. If you go to the ER they will medicate you right away or if you can wait go to your doctor and let him/her know whats happening. The worst of it lasted about a week with the meds. Without the meds I would not have made it......I would have relapsed. Anyway I hope this helps. In some jobs they have an EAP program.. Employee assistance program that can help with this very problem and its confidential. If you dont have that program, get a doctors note from your doctor or ER. They will know what to write that will not identify your real problem. But you should also pray and ask the Lord for help, I mean you tried other stuff why not give the Lord a chance. Hope this helps. Until you know how you are gonna react. Maybe you can have someone you trust help you out for a few days while on these meds because I needed help. I was very out of it and zombie-ish but it was better than what I was going through before I went to the ER. Some people react well but others dont. Well I wish you well.

You can do this.. Day 3 and 4 are usually the worst days.. You have come this far.. don't go back now...  on day 5 most say how they start to feel better.. You would not be putting yourself through this if things were not out of control.. Hang on your freedom from the drugs will be so worth it..  You are not alone... lesa
