Starting to feel restless

Well, I am starting to get the restlessness that everyone has talked about. Why is it that it happens only when you are laying down or trying to relax?? Is there anything that I can take to help with that? Especially at night, since I have to be up and around in the morning for my daughter???

I agree with mimi1313, the hot baths helped my rls so much. The hotter, the better. I would have a bath and then get another a couple of hours later, i'm not saying this is practical as you have a young child but try it. It really does help to an extent. Keep telling yourself you can do this!

Hot baths with Epsom salts and wrapping your legs in ace bandages really help. I took Flexeril (10mg) and It helped somewhat. Good luck!

l-theaine, calcium magnesium, potassium or bananas, melatonin for sleep with valerian root, passion flower and skull cap. They all helped me a ton, if i had to pick one or two, melatonin and l-theanine.
