Suboxene WD and tapering off...

Hi, I just started my tapering off today of suboxene, I have been using it since march 7th everyday about 4mg.  I know I am addicted, the WD's are INSANE!  So,  I have about 10 - 8mg suboxene strips left, today I started by taking 2mg in the morning, and I will continue to lower the dosage everyday and see how low i can get it to before I start to feel WD.  My appetite is low, today I had a bowl of cereal in the morning, and thats it.  I will try to stay hydrated.  What are some good things to have around while having WD?  What are some good things to try to do? I also ordered "withdrawl-ease" from the internet, so, hopefully that helps.  But, until it gets here I am not going to lower my dosage too much, but I am going to run out sooner or later, idk.. i am just worried about this very much, and I need all the support I can get.  God bless everyone.

my drug of choice was mainly hydrocodone, but I also did oxys here and there, maybe every couple of weeks.  I would do about 10 pills a day on average, sometimes a little more or less.  I also take xanex, but I am also tapering off of that because I want to quit taking that.  I have some valume and soon I get a colonopin refill to help me out, I only have about 4 xanex left. I take about 1 per day on average with the xanex.  I have been taking pills for the past 8-9 years, but in the past 2 and a half years or so, I have been snorting the pills, but, since march 7th I havn't snorted, just taken xanex orally and the suboxone strips that dissolve under your tounge(8mg).... oh, and the xanex are the blue ones that are 2 mg, but i usually try to split them in half.  I also want to mention I have been smoking pot for the past 15 years everyday(alot). I used to have a coke problem, but that is no more.(i was shooting the coke)  I will never shoot anything again.  The suboxone I have, I did not get through a doctor, nore did I get all my pain killers from a doctor.  I have no insurance.  I am only seeing this doctor now because I was forced to go to a mental hospital a few months ago and I was written a perscription for tegretal(mood stablizer) and colonzapam .5mg.  I was also prescribed a medicine called zyprexa, but I stopped taking it because I can not afford to buy it.  I costs 260.00 for a 2 week supply, when the others cost less than ten bucks each.  Thank you and god bless.

positive attitutude. you can do this.
what was your drug of choice? and how long did you use?
have you considered therapy or support groups to prevent relapse?
recovery is a marathon not a sprint and requires daily maintenance.
