Suboxone question. Can really use some insight.

Well, Last week I posted on here that I had a really bad experience with subs. The day I was induced the nurse gave me my pills instead of the doc. She gave me 4x the amount I was supposed to take, and I ODed on it big time. The doctor told me to wait until I am in withdrawals to take another pill. I had a 40-50mg(8-10) pec addiction. I decided I was no longer interested in subs. Here I am a week+ later and I am feeling withdrawal, but it's nothing like it was coming off percs. I just have some anxiety, restless legs at night, and a running nose. I am in the worst part of my withdrawal? I would love to think that this is it, and I am really overcoming, but I have no idea.

Well, the pharmacy didn't do anything wrong. My first script was just for 2mg pills, it was the amount of the 2mg pills that the nurse gave me that did me in.

And the pharmacist didn't see that you were getting too much??   This sounds like a comedy of errors!!   Did you tell the pharmacist?

Haha I am, too. It's freaking insane. The thing is... I had to buy the RX from the pharmacy... so I guess I'll just have to take the loss and be happy that maybe the situation has helped me in the long run.

This is probably the worst of it. Be sure you eat well and keep taking fluids.

I know you paid for those suboxone. I think you should sell them back to the doctor. They should take them back and refund your money after that fiasco!!   That OD was very dangerous!!    I'm disgusted by that story!!

Take care~
