You can NOT cold turkey xanax it can cause FATAL sezuires it HAS it to tarded slowly how much are they taking !!!!!!!
Its always good to take the B6 and B12 vitamins while detoxing as they are good for the nerves. Its advisable to take rehydration sachets as while detoxing we dont eat or drink correctly. There is a brilliant non prescription drug called St Johns Wort which is a natural antidepressant and worked wonders for me.In Germany it is the biggest prescribed antidepressant there is, although im from scotland. You may be in america and i dont know if they sell it in the chemists there.Ive never been to america but ive been in a lot of states. You'll find that your loved ones just want to lie about during withdrawal as they dont have the energy to do anything. Its also a big bonus for them to have a loved one such as yourself to be there for them...they will always remember you for it.Hope ive helped, even a little.
hummm.... i don't know about the xanax ct thing, maybe someone with experience on it can tell you about it
Hi, welcome here :)
you can find some advices on the Thomas recipe ( focused more on wds symptons ) and the Amino acid protocol ( focused more on after detoxing )... on the health pages, right side of the screen.
and of course, keep posting here whatever doubts you could have about it, ok ?
they should start feeling better in the next days, tell them to hang in, there is light at the end of this tunnel, sure :) ....In short, i would advice them to take magnessium+calcium supplements, potassium supplement or potassium rich food ( bananas, raisins, spinach, nutcrackers, apple/orange juice)...gatorades, tonic water, ..... B's complex, Immodium ( diarrhea), lots of fluids to keep them hydrated, lot of hot baths ( the best therapeutical tool, with epsom salts if you have it ).... some walks when they can, sun....healthy eating ( some proteins shakes ), advil... some help with the sleep like melatonin and/or valerian root ( also a help with anxiety )...
good luck !!
