19 days and feeling great! *Update*

Hi Everyone! I have 19 days today! Boy has it been a struggle, but it was so worth it! I can't believe how HAPPY I am! I went back to work Saturday, I was worried about my pain,.and motivation, but I threw a hand warmer on my hip/lower back, and actually, was happy to be working!
I have an OB appt today! Im 11 wks 4 days, and I should hear a heartbeat! I will update after my appt.
Thank you all for helping me, if it wasn't for thus forum and my fellow addicts, I may not have 19 days! My baby thanks you! Lil John has a chance now, and it because of you all!
I am very proud of how far I have come, my hard work and suffering is paying off. My daughter and husband love the new me, and I do too. There is hope to those in their first few days, or wanting to take the leap into soberiety!
I cannot thank yall enough!

I was also happy to tell my doc that id been off the meds for almost 3 weeks... If you remember she gave me the option if c/t or taper and had given me enough to last a month of tapering. We talked a bit about the wd, and my preg symotoms... She also thinks im having a boy, and she was right about my daughter! Just a bit if humor... My doc has been here 2 years, and is happy to deliver siblings if babies she delivered... The humor? She refered to it as being a repeat offender... Boy I laughed and laughed!

Great news! Baby is doing good! I heard his lil heartbeat (guessing boy) and even recorded it for Daddy! Dr said we are past any complications the meds.or wd could have caused, the biggest risk being miscarriage. I can finally relax and enjoy being pregnant. It also reinforces my reasons for staying sober! Huge relief!

Don't be nervous it will be great.BTW this "new"you isn't new.It's sober u.This is who u have ALWAYS been and will b drug free.U have ALWAYS been this great person.Congratulations today is an exciting day.
